Our Process

Initial Consultation
We start by gathering information about your wedding decor preferences. This includes your style, color scheme, and any specific floral arrangements you have in mind.
Proposal & Planning
Based on the information gathered, we create a detailed floral and decor proposal. This outlines the suggested arrangements and overall design concept for your wedding. Time to set a Video Call and discuss the proposal.
Booking Confirmation
To secure our services for your wedding day, a retainer is required. Once the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved on our calendar.
Fine-Tuning details
After booking, we continue to work closely with you to fine-tune the details of the decor. This may include adjustments to the floral arrangements or any additional elements you’d like to incorporate.
First Payment (3 Months Prior)
Approximately three months before your wedding, we request the first payment. This helps us ensure that all necessary materials are secured, and preparations are well underway.
Final Details and Payment (1 Month Prior)
As the wedding date approaches, we finalize all the remaining details, such as the exact number of tables and any last-minute changes. We request the final payment to complete the preparations one month before the wedding.
